What we collect
What you give us
- Contact form
- Your name, work email and message, plus your company and LinkedIn profile if you add them. Each submission reaches us as an email and as a message in our internal Slack workspace. You can write to hi@n0i.ai instead if you prefer not to use the form.
- If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
What is collected automatically
- Bot check
- When you send the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person. It receives your IP address and technical details about your browser.
- Delivery and security logs
- The site is hosted by Vercel, which logs your IP address, the pages requested, the time and your browser so that pages can be delivered and abuse spotted.
- Statistics
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure how fast pages load. They use no cookies and the figures are aggregated: a visitor is told apart for at most 24 hours through a hash of the request, which is then discarded.
We do not run advertising on this site and we do not sell personal data. We do not ask for sensitive information, so please leave it out of your message.
Cookies
We set no cookies for statistics or advertising, which is why there is no cookie banner. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a small amount of data in your browser while it checks the form. It is used for security only.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- Reply to your enquiry and follow up on it
- Our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and, where a contract is being discussed, the steps taken before entering into it. GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b).
- Keep spam out of the contact form
- Our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse. Article 6(1)(f).
- Serve the site and keep it secure
- Our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website. Article 6(1)(f).
- Measure how the site is used
- Our legitimate interest in improving the site, using aggregated figures only. Article 6(1)(f).
Who handles it for us
- Vercel
- Hosting, delivery and logs for the website, and its statistics.
- Cloudflare
- Domain name service and the Turnstile bot check on the form.
- Resend
- Sends each form submission to us as an email, from its EU region.
- Slack
- Receives each form submission as a message in our internal workspace.
- Google Workspace, the mailbox where enquiries arrive and are answered.
Each of them acts on our instructions under its data processing terms. We also disclose data where the law requires it.
The site is served over HTTPS and has no database of its own. Form submissions travel encrypted to the suppliers above, and only the people at n0i who need them can read them.
Transfers outside the EU
These suppliers are based in the United States or use infrastructure there, and form submissions are currently processed on Vercel servers in the United States on their way to us.
Where personal data reaches the United States, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework when the supplier is certified under it, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses when it is not. You can ask us which applies to a specific supplier.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and the correspondence that follows
- For as long as the conversation is live, then up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Delivery and security logs, and statistics
- For as long as our hosting provider retains them under our plan.
Where the law requires us to keep something longer, for example under accounting rules, we keep that record for as long as the obligation lasts.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. Write to hi@n0i.ai and we will answer within one month.
